Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with the original tags attached.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement exchange will be shipped out within 5 business days.
